Troy joined Castanea in 2002 with deep private equity and consulting experience in the consumer products and business services sectors.
Prior to Castanea, Troy was at Bain & Company where he served clients in the information services, consumer products, transportation, and manufacturing industries. Prior to Bain & Company, Troy was an investment professional at Berkshire Partners where his experience included investment evaluations across a wide spectrum of industries and closed transactions in the business services and consumer products industries.
Troy received his MBA from Harvard Business School and his B.S. in commerce with concentrations in Finance and Management from the University of Virginia.
