Jon Lesica joined Castanea in 2011. Prior to joining Castanea, Jon worked as a financial analyst at McColl Partners where he focused on mergers and acquisitions for clients in the Consumer & Retail, Infrastructure & Industrials, and Business Services sectors.

Jon is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he received a BA in History and a BA in Journalism with a minor in Entrepreneurship.
