Howe joined Castanea Partners in 2006 from Mercer Oliver Wyman, a boutique strategy consulting firm.

While at Mercer Oliver Wyman, Howe advised clients primarily in commercial and investment banking sectors, as well as acquisitions within the financial services industry.

Howe received a BSc in Economics and BA in International Studies from University of Pennsylvania.
