Colleen joined Castanea in 2004 from IPeria, Inc., a provider of enhanced communications to the telecom industry, where she was the Chief Financial Officer.

Prior to IPeria, Colleen was Director of Financial Reporting for Harcourt General Inc. and The Neiman Marcus Group. Her responsibilities included the financial oversight of all SEC filings, investor communications and press releases as well as the company’s compliance with generally accepted accounting principles.

Colleen began her professional career in accounting and audit with Deloitte & Touche LLC, where she became a Certified Public Accountant.

Colleen holds a BA from Amherst College.
