We seek opportunities in industry segments where we have significant economic or operational experience in line with our expertise.

Small to Mid-Market Companies
We typically target small to middle market companies with enterprise values up to $150 million that offer the potential for significant value creation through growth, operational improvement, or strategic acquisition.

$10MM - $75MM Target Investment Size
Although we have the ability to call upon additional resources to pursue larger investments and follow-on acquisitions, our target investment size is between $10MM and $75MM.We generally look for control; however, we will share control with an established private equity sponsor.

Established Businesses
The company must be a proven revenue generator with a competitive position, barriers to entry, and a strong management team whose economic incentives are aligned with ours. We insist on a proven, profitable, business model but will also consider strong growth companies and troubled situations where we can identify a clear path to positive cash flow.

Value-Added Opportunity
We believe that our collective, hands-on operating and private equity experience is a unique and valuable asset. We seek opportunities to leverage that experience to bring performance improvement to the company. In addition, our transaction experience enables us to optimize capital structures to balance the need for both financial returns and operational flexibility.
