We pride ourselves on our unique combination of senior executive experience and private equity capabilities. Prior to forming Castanea Partners, our founders managed public companies with over $5 billion in revenues and $6 billion in combined market capitalization. They generated significant shareholder value through growth initiatives, operational improvement, and judicious capital allocation. During their tenure, they successfully completed 35 acquisitions with combined revenues of greater than $3 billion. This specialized industry knowledge and successful operating expertise substantially enhances our ability to identify with management teams and, as such, provide strategic perspectives unique to the private equity arena.
In addition to proven operating capabilities, we possess distinguished private equity and consulting expertise. Our Own Capital
Our founding partners committed a substantial amount of capital to all three Castanea funds. In addition, other Castanea professionals personally co-invest in each opportunity. Investing our own capital affords us several advantages:
