James Karamourtopoulos and Brian Torrisi Join Lee Munder Capital Group
08.03.2004 - BOSTON, MA - Lee Munder Capital Group is pleased to announce that James Karamourtopoulos and Brian Torrisi have joined the firm's marketing team.
James Karamourtopoulos joins LMCG in the role of business development and marketing for the Private Client Group. Mr. Karamourtopoulos comes to LMCG from Gannett Welsh & Kotler where he was the Vice President of Sales & Marketing. James also spent 13 years in the banking industry most recently at Fleet Bank as a Vice President in its Business & Entrepreneurial service group.
Brian Torrisi is responsible for marketing and business development of alternative strategies at LMCG. Prior to joining in August 2004, Brian was a Principal with Boston Partners Asset Management and was responsible for the sales and marketing of the firm’s and its affiliates’ long only and alternative strategies in the Eastern United States. Brian also spent 6 years with Putnam Investments most recently as a Vice President with Sales and Client Service responsibilities.
